The house is completely tiled except the hard wood floors in the bedrooms. The big pool area is inviting to relax and bbq by the water. The pool can be heated electric. The house provides a dock & boat lift as well and takes you out to the River and the Gulf of Mexico in 30 min. You can also take the kayaks no extra charge and explore the waterways. Please ask us for a boat rental. Split bedroom floor plan, newly renovated spacious master bathroom with shower and bath tub and double sinks. Master bedroom has big sliders that lead to the expansive pool area, plenty of room for lounge chairs and entertainment by the pool. The guest bathroom has been remodeled as well. The guest bedrooms have queen and twin beds.
